   I am about 4 months behind on my mortgage. When I bought this house, it was rather quickly. I thought this mortgage broker was trying to help me, but I didn’t know my monthly payments until after I closed. I loved this home and so do my kids. I do not want to lose it. I just need help get straight with the mortgage company. All at once I started having financial problems..My only transportation to work needed costly repairs and my hours at work were cut.    I am in a arm loan and the arm went up about 400.00 in one year. now my husband health has gotten bad on him and it is forcing him to retire at the end of this year. so starting next month i know that we are going to be behind on our mortgage. so i wrote a hardship letter to Litton Loan asking for a mortgage modification and they denied it.    I have had 2 previous repayment plans that I have tried to keep my home, but each time they did a repayment plan, they raised the note. I have an ARM also so my last repayment plan had my note at $1850.00 per month. It was so high I got someone to move in with me to help with the note. This person helped at first, then stopped making payments, refused to move out & began taking money from my account. Once I found out what was going on, I was in a mess. I couldn’t make my mortgage payments because I was so far behind on all of my bills, it was all I could do to keep the utilities on & food in the house. The person has moved out of my home. I will be caught up on all of my bills with my next paycheck on January 4, but I don’t get paid before then & my foreclosure sale date is set for January 1. stop home foreclosure in houston texas

   I have just had big legal fees that I had to pay all at once which was a big strain. I am through paying those fees and I just need some help. Also, my payment continues to escalate and has now more than doubled its original amount. All the legal bills are paid and I am getting back on track.
