   my dad owns the house i live here with him my name is on nothing.he pays $700 and i pay the rest i was getting help from my daughter and her boyfriend but they were out of work for a while thats how i got backed up. i work for the board of ed. and a cashier at night my dad get ss. only. he also had a stroke. my 3 child live with us. thinks are better now ever one is working they just both have new good jobs. we were in foreclosure last august but i payed everything back in full . I can’t do that right now. the payment is much to high and i can’t get it lowered until I’m cleared up so I’m kind of backed up again a wall right i can really can use some help please My daughter and her boyfriend lost there jobs but there currently just started new ones this week

   financial difficulty in the last year and half. Personal household problems as well. WE are solidly employed and have good income. We are in contact with the lender to try a workout program. In the meantime have still received all the foreclosure paperwork from the layer who we also have been in contact with. they know we took money out of a 401k and we are just waiting to see what they are willing to work out. We are in better personal position now and have confidence int he fact that we can still afford this home. Option One Foreclosure assistance

3. Foreclosure Assistance with Litton Loan Says:

   I am semi retired from Verizon,I had just withdrew 4000 from my 401 k,to pay my mortgage which was 2 months past due.My brother was killed in an auto accident in Texas had no insurance .I used my mortgage payments towards the funeral expenses ,Joe my brother had no insurance.
   This is how I fell behind. To some degree the situation has changed.The insurance company was not going to pay anything because my brother crossed a 4 lane highway.They are now agreeing to pay the funeral expenses. The mortgage company that is foreclosing Litton Loan. When I paid 2600 on March 29th they advised me I would be OK. Eight days later I received a certified letter. I called them & the extra money 500 I paid towards the back payment, they tagged that as forbearance. My home has quite a bit of equity. The problem is I am paying 11.75% rate. I can try 7 borrow the payments.The problem is I PAID 350 FOR AN APPRAISAL to Homestar direct. Homestar appraiser appraised my home for 365,00. Home star advised me that the bank they applied for the mortgage with did not agree with the appraisal of my home. I find this hard to believe since I have a view of New York from my home. I just received a letter from the attorney today. I am very nervous 7 I do want to keep my home.
